Presented by YEAH! Films Company & Jason Matos Photography feat. DJ Boo.
On a warm autumn day, Eternia & DJ Boo set up & performed a live busker-style set on the streets of Astoria, Queens. YEAH! Films & photographer Jason Matos were there to document the magic. Watch Pt.2 in their “QUEENS CHRONICLES” series as E pays homage to the hood where she rests her head. Featuring DJ Boo on the drums & E’s neighbors!
Drake talks possibly working with Jay-Z again while backstage at a show in Philly. Gotta love how well thought out all his moves/collabos are. Via TRF.
Via TOFLO. Nice! Was wondering what happened with the whole N.E.R.D./Rhea thing. Good to know that they’re still working together. Don’t know about Rhea? You might remember this radio banger she had out like 4-5 years ago now, “It’s Yours”.
My man Rock Da House chops it up with TorontoRappers.com about the local scene and more. Hmmm…..what can I say about Rock Da House…? Def one of the city’s most well known hustlers when it comes to this music thing. He hustled his way on to BET’s Rapcity a few times as a guest DJ and can still be found downtown on the clothing/mixtape grind. Anyways, near the middle of the clip there’s actually some solid advice for artists on the come up in regards to the business side of the game as well as the difference between the U.S. and T.O. grind.

The “Born To Run” tour with Shad and K-Os began in Seattle, WA on 10/7/10 and Shad took a few moments to chop it up with KUBE 93’s DJ Hyphen for Sunday Night Sound Session. In the dimly lit backstage area of the Nectar Lounge (apologies for the picture quality), the two discussed the tour, the American release of his ‘TSOL’ album, how it compares to his previous work, the intricacies of his lyrics, and more.
