This app is your one-stop guide to the Manifesto Festival of Community & Culture with details of all events, venues, maps, artists and other information.
The critically acclaimed Manifesto Festival Of Community & Culture features sevent days of incredible events across the city, culminating in a massive free outdoor concert at Yonge & Dundas Square in the heart of downtown Toronto. Growing to be arguably Canada’s largest hip hop festival in just three years, Manifesto brings together hundreds of artists & performers with thousands of attendees to showcase our city’s talented arts community and strengthen its foundations by building a collective sense of pride and possibility.
Through art exhibitions, dance competitions, workshops, free outdoor concerts, film screenings, networking opportunities, seminars, a pop-up arts market, and much more, Manifesto creates powerful and engaging experiences and provides opportunities for young artists to grow.
Manifesto’s point of origin lies in hip hop culture – in its spirit of ingenuity, raw creativity, and people power, but we strive to stay out of boxes and create a platform with the potential to act as a catalyst for cross-pollination, collaboration, and the growth of new forms in this city of wildly talented people.

“He’s a triple threat, man.” Yet, would you really limit him to 3 things? He raps, he produces, he performs live, he plays instruments, and who knows what else? It’s only fitting that a guy who’s mentor is Saukrates attempt and succeed at being a master at various crafts. He brought his jack-of-all-trades act to Revival for his We on Some Rich Kidd Shiiiit Volume 4 release party. Slowly but surely, Rich Kidd is making a name for himself around the hip hop circuit beyond Canadian soil. Continuing from the strength of his hit with K-os last year (“I Wish I Knew Natalie Portman”), Rich aims to capitalize on this opportunity to build and conquer. His overwhelming hometown support only compliments his under-rated talent. “Rich Kidd could be the best in his field, no matter what field he picks,” says fellow Toronto emcee (and a pretty damn good one) Adam Bomb. That kind of comment is not one of rarity, as many in this city feel the same way. To be on the Main Event bill at Manifesto, one has to bring a lot of energy, a lot of style, a lot of excitement, and a lot of talent. Rich Kidd definitely has all of it, hence, why he is more than worthy to be seen at Dundas Square on September 26th. Be sure not to miss out on one of the best live performances Toronto has to offer.

When you listen to a joint what is it that grips you? Is it the beat? Is it the lyrics? What happens when both grip you at the same time? The results = pretty serious right?. Well
this new Malish joint entitled “MALICIOUS MUSIC” begs the question “Why so serious!?” written and produced by Malicious it’s appropriately titled for it’s intensity and witty approach.
I know the word banger is overplayed these days but call this what you want ….
This Just Blaze inspired piece is to be played loud at all times.

J. Moy brings you one step closer to Once Upon A Time In China, with “On My Way (Remix)” now available. Flipping the original song with a fresh, yet similarly introspective tone, the remix features Set2 and Richie Sosa.
“Set2 and Sosa were on board as soon as I hit them up,” says J. Moy, who will release the video for the remix in coming weeks. “We all share a similar struggle, we’re all trying to make it.”
After a warm response to the original “On My Way” featuring Kin Smuv, J. Moy is excited to let his fans hear this new offering. Promising to continue to raise the bar, Moy’s working hard to make sure his solo debut LP Once Upon A Time In China gets heard loud and clear.
