Y Shaws lets off his latest mixtape – “Injured Reserve” – with production and features that include contributions from Boi-1da, Tone Mason, Darryl Riley and more.
New joint from King Reign off what looks to be a pretty dope project. Here’s the details:
This is the first single off of The Free Trade Agreement, originally an idea from Canadian Shadyville DJ’s representative DJ DOW JONES, which has snowballed into one of the most anticipated projects in 2 countries for 2011. The project is focused on creating a solid working relationship with talent in both Canada and The United States. It will feature over 18 individuals working together to create one solid project. Meshing the sounds of Canadian producers with American artists, and vice versa, is a simple concept but has proven to yield incredible results. DJ Dow Jones has also enlisted the talents of another Shadyville Dj, Mr. Peter Parker together they have scouted some of the hottest talents in both countries and combined them all into one packaged project “The Free Trade Agreement”. With a first quarter release slated, we can all expect enough new music to last us the entire year. Stay Tuned!

Ok…not really a FULL behind the scenes look but a couple more glimpses at what the twins are cookin’ up with director extraordinaire Cazhmere! Video drops next week for what is now the #1 song in the city! Get a full BTS look below if you missed it…
Posted this joint a while back and now here’s the official video from new artist Church. Video Co-directed by Ruiz (MadRuk Ent.) & Darren Lopes aka D-LO. Here’s the full story via 1 Love T.O.:
What makes this project a little more special than your average music video is the fact that YOU helped create this.
That’s right! Anyone who attended our City Life Photography Exhibit back in September 2010 made a donation that helped The Remix Project purchase the 27″ iMac for video/film production. The new iMac will provide the film/video participants with a chance to create professional work that can compete within industry standards.
We’re extremely proud to premiere Church’s debut single/video “I’m Comin!”, which was made possible by YOU, our readers.
Kinda catching up from the weekend. Here’s a clip of Wolf J. and O’Sound doing their thing at Ron Dias‘ Way Past Love show at Revival a few weeks back…Via TOFLO!
