New joint from another new artist named Hector.

Hector is a producer/MC from Toronto neighborhood Parkdale. He spent this past summer performing at various open mics and showcases across the city, he was contender in the Sound Battle Royale. During high school Hector was in a few bands, spent time writing songs and learning how to freestyle. Hector went on to learn how to bring his sound to life through a production program FL Studio. Hector is currently working on a mixtape and an all instrumental mixtape that will be released in early 2011.

Toronto songstress Jessica Kaya has just released her first single “Why Don’t We?” (Produced by Rich Kidd) off her up and coming “Imperfections” EP debuting early 2011. The project is a collection of raw, unmastered drafts that are being released “as is”.

That quality boom-bap ish courtesy of the 5th letter fam’s general. This is an actual single release (a la cassette, CD or vinyl single lol) so you get the clean, dirty, instrumental + a bonus track called “Do The Math” feat. Talksick!
