If you would like to take a stab at remixing Andreena Mill’s current single and gain the opportunity to be a part of her highly anticipated project ‘All Eyes On Me’ now is your chance.
Drizzy chops it up with Angie Martinez and (after the jump) Katie Couric, who plays up the “I’m not familiar with you”/hip-hop negative stereotype so well. “What’s a nice Jewish boy doing in a career like this?” (smh). Still a good interview – they get into female objectification, a critique of his stage show, his Jewish heritage and the origin of the ‘DrizzyDrakeRogers” thing.

Redway returns with a nice smooth out type new joint called “Close Enough”. Off his upcoming project Border Living (due this fall). Get caught up with Redway below…
Drizzy & 40 pay homage to TLC’s “Fan Mail” with what is apparently the first joint off his upcoming R&B Mixtape – “It’s Never Enough”.
Nice!
SIDEBAR:
I think part of what gives Drake the winning hand when it comes to crossing genres is, unlike most hip-hop artists, he plays the R&B card with a complete commitment to, and genuine respect for, the genre. Yeah he does it ‘for the ladies’ but make no mistake the kid does it cuz he loves R&B. Not just the R&B that gets a hip-hop credibility pass (D’angelo, Jodeci, Bilal or any of the progressive, neo-souly, left field stuff) but R&B period. Why that, historically speaking, has been such a testosterone stretch for hip-hop heads has always been beyond me but I appreciate the example Aubrey’s setting.
