REACH!
PRESS RELEASE:
Toronto, ON; Dubbed as “next to blow”, two of Toronto’s most anticipated artists Rich Kidd and Blake Carrington are conquering Toronto for one night. Taking place at Lee’s Palace,“Everybody’s Watching Me” is a concert to celebrate a successful year for both MC’s and to thank the city that has celebrated them.
Carrington built his reputation as a gimmick-free, raw talent hailing from New York City but thriving in Toronto. His rap sheet to date includes top spot in over 12 freestyle battles, the winner for Canada’s Urban Exposure competition as well as a showcase at the Appollo and a stamp of approval from the Cool Kids after an opening slot. “Everybody’s Watching Me” will easily be a night to be remembered in Toronto history as both Rich Kidd and Blake Carrington are on the verge of international success.
Rich Kidd has developed an astronomical buzz within Canada as an MC and a producer, particularly for crafting hits for k-os, Drake, Busta Rhymes among many more. His 2009 mixtape “On Some Rich Kidd Ish 3” had world wide rotation, including accolades on renowned blogs such as 2 Dope Boyz.
One particular stand-out track on the mixtape is Blake Carrington’s“Everybody’s Watching Me” which is the basis for the February 25th jam.
Here it is You Got It For Free Volume 2! Thank you to all who posted the singles, and showed support. We hope you enjoy this. Thanks for listening. Feedback Appreciated at whatsforbreakfastmusic@gmail.com Or bmagic.bandcamp.com . Thank you for your time and support.

Definitely one of the stand-out tracks from Rich Kidd‘s classic We On Some Rich Kidd Sh*t Vol. 3 (below). Here’s an updated mix/master of the song as Blake gears up to release it as an official single. The event above also doubles as a fundraiser for a video for the song (SICK artwork btw). Rich Kidd and Bigg Soxx lend a hand to remix J Wyze’s joint “Mr. Lucky”! Be sure to also check out J Wyze as part of the group Crown A’ Thornz (their new mixtape is below).
Such an ironic title considering what this dude is doing right now as an artist and producer. Shouts to Addy & Courtney on the Mediaphase/Ridgeway grind.
