The decor – mostly hardwood, leather and sisal – is understated and frankly male. The view is easily worth a million or two, and seems to confirm that the multilabel bidding war that erupted around Drake last summer ended very much in his favour. (The winner, Motown Universal, released an EP of “extended-play selections” from So Far Gone in September.)
More accolades for Drake, this time nationally as The Globe And Mail gives their distinction of “Arts Person Of The Year”.

Nowadays you got mixtapes, street albums, EPs.. So many names, it’s hard to differentiate.. To me the only real difference between a mixtape and an album is the actual value the artist sees in what he’s offering the listener; and if that’s the case, this should be worth the download (I’m puttin’ pressure on you KJ, lol)
