From the Monolith camp, Ya Boy, Rishaard drops another Heat Rock Summer single, “Turn My Headphones Up!”. This time he teams up with Producer Davenport, whom assists with a head-nodding beat and fellow Mono-camp member Parker on the hook. This single was also chosen for the 2011 DJ Stylus “Who got Next” compilation.

Ayah Tells It Like It Is On ‘When It Comes To You’
Ayah returns with a little something to get us through these last days of spring with the soulful jam “When It Comes To You.” Produced by Nick Brongers (Recovery, Thank Me Later), the song is ’70s retro but sounds totally modern with Ayah singing to a man who is driving her to drink. It’s so good to hear Ayah again and even better to hear that she will be releasing more tunes from her vault via her Bandcamp page.
And as for that album with DJ Jazzy Jeff, Ayah assures that This Way will be coming our way sooner than later, with a mixtape, entitled Back For More, on the way this summer! Stay tuned!
