This was a edit Dj Grouch had mentioned doing cuts for a while ago but I’ma let him do the splainin’..
My homie Snaz, produced this track by Drake which didn’t make it on the Thank Me Later LP & was leaked after on the mixtape, Thank Me Now. Snaz hit me up last Sept, saying he didn’t like the version that leaked because it was unfinished & he felt that the track needed scratching on the 4 bar bridge after the 1st verse. He asked if I could do the cuts. I said NP, so I gathered up a bunch of Drizzy acapellas & I picked the lines that best suited this joint. He told me he was gonna call it the Director’s Cut. So there ya have it.
A-Game let off their “Since 1988” project, with appearances from Trish, Daniel Daley, Hakeem and Rich Flyer plus production from Bassline, Kromatik, J Reid, 88 Renegades, Mark James and Grammy-nominated producers, T-Minus and Tone Mason.

As issues with graffiti have been at the forefront of Toronto politics of late, this collection examines graffiti as a legitimate art form. Che Kothari in partnership with acclaimed graffiti artists Skam and Elicser, create two original pieces of Graffiti Art. The spectator is given the opportunity to delve into the process behind the work. This approach brings a context to a medium that is typically understood at face value with little consideration or understanding of the purpose and meaning inherent to the work. The illuminated approach to the graffiti medium puts an artistic lens to a craft that has been a fundamental form of expression throughout history. Posing graffiti as a beautiful expression of very public and accessible art comes at a time of most urgency when the threat of citations to business owners who bare these types of artistic expressions loom on the daily.
