“Red Bull 381 Projects presents three of Toronto’s top music photographers in the visual component of Thre3Style. Three unique perspectives on three distinct musical traditions are presented in large format with works ranging from contemporary, like Che Kothari’s evocative portraits of hip hop icons and local heroes, and Matt barnes’ rich textured images of blues and rock luminaries. Others offer up a historical record, like alexd from TRIBE’s photo documentation of Toronto’s underground dance scene over the last two decades.
