VIDEO: Tanika Charles "The Silly Happy Wild Sessions" (Part1) (Directed by Mark Valino)

hyperadmin | Audio,Music,Video | Thursday, April 22nd, 2010

Directed by Mark Valino.

Seen on P&W!

Follow Tanika Charles (aka Mz. Chawlz), one of Toronto’s sweetest soultresses, on her journey to complete the song “Silly Happy Wild” (Produced by Rich Kidd) off her upcoming “What! What? What?!” EP.

If you don’t know who Mz. Chawlz is, she’s been doing her thing for a minute – opening for Estelle, The Roots, touring with Bedouin Soundclash and singing backup for Zaki Ibrahim. Either way, this is as good an introduction to her as any (shouts to Mr. Valino on the visuals!)

Peep one of her first singles “Think Of You” feat. Jessica Kaya after the jump!

  3. Yes Ty,

Thanks so much for the support. The What! What? What?! EP is soooo amazing, and Tanika Charles needs to be heard worldwide. Not to mention that Rich Kidd is the truth. Those are the biggest reasons I felt this project had to be done…
