The 3rd annual 106 & York Urban Arts Festival is taking place September 18th at Studio 3 (40 Carl Hall Rd.) Downsview Park. The multi-disciplinary festival will showcase some of Toronto’s finest young talent in music, film, fashion, dance, drama, and visual arts.
