Always good to hear new music from Erik Flowchild but this time the newness comes at a price to a project a lot of us were looking forward to hearing:
To the fans and skeptics alike:
If you must know, I’m scrapping The Delivery Boy project.
I’m sure artists go through this…forcing themselves to craft something and realize how non-sensical it is (the forcing part). The past few months have been tough for me (as some of you may have noticed). As well as things were looking, things fell apart. Then I fell apart. And all I can do now is start over. It takes a lot for me to admit that things did not go as planned. But I have to. So expect a couple records to surface that were supposed to be on this project … and apart from that, all I can do right now is create and share. This “Never” record should be a good starting point. Looks like I’m hitting the reset button. We’ll see how things go. Enjoy.
